Ahhh, a bright and beautiful Easter week-end to begin with. Went out on an early round and substituted artificial pseudo energy foods with a mix of my own:
Worked out very well (with water and coffee). Forgot to cut in some apples and pears - but had some dried dates for those monosaccharides with me. For the more sapping and longer sessions I will probably have to wrap up a bit of chicken, too. But I have to watch the weight-benefit-ratio carefully, since I am all carry bag now.
PS: I staved off the hunger with some Cape Malay Pickled Fish at my parents' later in the day. Hmmm.
